Guest Policies

Check-in

  • Check-in for the day is between 4 and 8pm. For alternate arrangements, please inform the Lodge when making your reservation.
  • Each guest must check-in at the Front Desk, provide a valid photo identification, credit card imprint or cash deposit for incidental charges, and complete the required registration form.
  • At the time of booking, please indicate your expected arrival time. This is important especially if you expect to arrive outside reception operating hours.
  • Please note that all special requests are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

Check-out

  • Check-out is 11am. We require guests to check-out individually at the Front Desk.

Cancellation

  • Cancellation can be made free of charge if made before 14 days of your arrival day. If your reservation is cancelled within the 14 days prior to your arrival date, the full amount of your stay will be charged.

Deposit

  • A deposit for the first night of your stay will be collected at the time of booking.

Children and extra beds

  • Parents and guardians are personally and legally responsible for children at all times.
  • Up to two children under 12 years of age stay free of charge with existing beds.
  • Additional occupants over and above the listed occupancy room type are charged $50 CAD per night.
  • The maximum number of extra beds in a room is one.
  • Any type of extra bed or child’s cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Pets

  • Pets are allowed on request. A maintenance charge of $15 per day will be applicable upon departure.

Smoking

  • Smoking is prohibited in all the units (including the balconies and deck) and public spaces. A minimum charge of $250 CAD will be applied if evidence of smoking is found.

  • Unfortunately, our rooms and cottages are not accessible. Please contact us to find out if we can accommodate any special needs you may have.
